What are blog hops? Blog hops are one of the best ways I have found to access multiple blog posts in one single place!
Blog Hops (also called Link Parties and Linky Parties) are designed as a central location for bloggers to share their posts with others. It’s like one-stop-shopping, only for blog posts!
Most hops are focused on a basic theme. If you love simple living, homesteading, and creating, there is a hop for that.
And those aren’t the only subjects. A simple search on Google will help you find Blog Hops in most any category you choose.
My Favorite Blog Hops
As a blogger, I participate in several Blog Hops. But, I can barely get my posts listed, before I am off and running, checking out all the other great posts.
Each hostess offers her Hop on a different day of the week. This means you can find new things to read very day!
Visit the home page of each hostess to find links to the current party. However, you can always go back and visit past parties and see all the great links!
These are the Hops and Parties I currently ‘attend’:
April J Harris – April is the hostess of The Hearth & Soul Link Party, which airs on Sunday.
The Farm Fresh Blog Hop – Lisa’s Hop is held on Tuesdays. You can visit this one at The Self Sufficient Homeacre or right here at The Farm Wife!
Stone Cottage Adventures – Marci’s Link Party is held on Tuesdays, and is called ‘Tuesdays with a Twist’.
The Simple Life Mom – hosts The Homestead Blog Hop on Tuesdays.
The Eclectic Red Barn – Beverly hosts two Hops: Wonderful Wednesdays, and Happiness is Homemade on Sundays.
Oakhill Homestead – Kathi hosts The Simple Homestead Blog Hop on Thursdays.
Apron Strings & Other Things – Held on Thursdays, Encouraging Hearts & Homes is focused on post that offer encouragement for your hearts and homes.
Join the Party!
If you are looking for new recipes, mom-focused posts, or wanting to get work done in your gardens and homes, joining a Blog Hop or Linky Party is the best way to do it!
Put on your party hat and be sure to ‘hop’ on over and visit with all these great hostesses. Drop them a comment and let them know I invited you to attend. They will love hearing from you!
