This week at The Farm Wife
Some days – and even weeks – are enough to have us running to hide under our beds until life smooths out a bit. But as soon as you are under there, you find that the dust bunnies have taken over!
I haven’t had the courage to do battle with those nasty little rabbits yet. But we did survive Hurricane Laura. Although the winds and rain have gone away, the aftermath is still an issue for many.
Some days, when life just gets too much to handle, we just want to run for comfort. What better way to do that than to whip up some good old-fashioned comfort food?
Now that I am filled with the delicious Cajun version of comfort, I am ready to share that with you! Had enough? Maybe it’s time to head for the kitchen!
(You can worry about those rabbits later. Trust me. They aren’t going anywhere!)
